Contact Mercer Admin (CMA) is a secure digital portal where you can raise new requests with Mercer or respond to a request from Mercer to complete a form or provide supporting documentation. The site allows you to upload scanned photos or images of the completed documents rather than send them by post. Any information provided by you to the site will be encrypted and is only accessible by authorised Mercer employees.

Calls to the Scheme helpline cost no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02) and are typically charged up to 16p per minute from a landline. Call costs from mobiles vary according to the calling plan chosen. Typically, they cost between 3p and 65p per minute or are included in free call packages. Actual charges will depend upon the length of your call and the rate may vary according to your network operator.
