Getting in touch with our Scheme Administrator, Aptia

Aptia (formerly Mercer) is the company that deals with the administration of the Scheme on behalf of the Trustees. If you have any questions at all about your pension, retirement, or keeping your details up to date, get in touch with the Aptia team.

You can contact Aptia in various different ways:
