Aptia (formerly Mercer) is the company that deals with the administration of the Scheme on behalf of the Trustees. If you have any questions at all about your pension, retirement, or keeping your details up to date, get in touch with the Aptia team.
You can contact Aptia in various different ways:
OneView is your online pension portal, providing you with 24/7 personalised access to your pension. You can access your Pension Payslips and P60s, see your latest pension statement, check your beneficiaries, access My Retirement Planner, and much more.
Use the secure Aptia Pensions portal to raise or respond to requests, upload documents, and manage your pension.
Call the Helpline for Cadent Gas Pension Scheme members on 0345 528 0601, Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
You can post letters or forms to: Aptia, Maclaren House, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0FP.
Please quote your full name, National Insurance number, and the Scheme name in any correspondence.

If you have a problem or a question, reach out to Aptia using one of the ways above, and they’ll do their best to resolve it quickly and simply. If they’ve not been able to resolve it for you, you can make a formal complaint to Aptia.
