3.1 We offer this website at https://cadentgaspensions.com. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12372348 and our registered office is at Cadent, Pilot Way, Ansty, Coventry, England, CV7 9JU.

3.3 This is the Trustees’ website, which is managed and administered by and on behalf of the Trustees by its support team (who are employed by Cadent Gas Limited) with input and content provided by the Trustees’ providers from time to time.

3.4 The Trustees will always try and resolve any issues you have if you contact us using the details above. If we have not been able to resolve it for you, you can make a formal complaint via the Cadent Gas Pension Scheme’s (the “Pension Scheme”) internal dispute resolution procedure.

3.5 Please note that the administration of the Pension Scheme and the provision of benefits by the Pension Scheme are undertaken by Aptia UK Limited (“Aptia”), the Trustees’ administrator. If you have any queries about your benefits, please contract Aptia via the details provided in paragraph 5.7 below.

4. Restrictions on your use of our website

4.1 You may only use our website for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including without limitation data protection and privacy laws, laws relating to copyright of content and laws relating to unsolicited commercial electronic messages.

4.2 In addition, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, the server, equipment or network on which our website is stored, any server, computer or database connected to our website or any software.

4.3 If you breach any term of these Terms of Use your right to use our website will immediately end. In addition we may take such other actions including, without limitation, legal action as we consider appropriate.

4.4 If you breach any term of these Terms of Use, or if we receive a request from a law enforcement authority to do so, we may report your identity, details of any breach and any other information we consider necessary to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5.8 None of the information given on this website can give you legal rights or benefits that differ from those provided in the Trust Deed and Rules. In the case of uncertainty or conflict between the content on this website and the Trust Deed and Rules, the Trust Deed and Rules (as amended from time to time) will prevail.

5.9 Nothing on our website is intended to be advice on which you should rely. You should always consider obtaining appropriate independent financial advice before taking, or not taking, action on the basis of any content on our website.

6.1 We, or our licensors, own the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in our website and all content on it.

8.2 If you are a business user these Terms of Use (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them) are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with them (including without limitation in relation to any non-contractual obligations).
